In the wells that were preincubated without survivin-2B peptide (A) or with an HIV peptide (C), spots were almost not visualized. On the other hand, in the wells that were preincubated with survivin-2B peptide (B), many spots were visualized. These findings demonstrate that CD8-positive T cells separated from the patients' PBMCs had a peptide-specific IFN-γ response.
